• The dryer does not turn on at all

  As many as 10 breakdowns can cause it. The most common of them is broken door latch or door lock switch, burnt cut-off thermostat, timer thermostat in old type dryers. If the belt gets broke, then belt switch is opened and the dryer does not start. Rarer problem is about power control board, key pad board malfunctions or lost communication between them. • Dryer drum not turning

  Usually the problem is stuck drum support rollers. If the belt is broke or the motor is burnt out, then the dryer drum is not turning. • Too long drying cycle

  Do you have your closing dry only after three cycles? Probably you have loaded too much closing but the most frequent reason is clogged vent or lint filer. • The dryer produces unusual and loud sounds

  Sometimes, while being transported or during installation, the dryer body can be damaged and therefore drum frictions may happen which result in rattling noise. Also, if you load too many heavy clothes the disbalance may happen causing the same rattling noise. If the dryer is old, then the service life of the drum support rollers or pulley idler is about to run out and they are creaking. • Overheating

  Our customers often complain on overheating. It usually happens due to heating element/operation thermostat/ temperature thermistor malfunctions. The overheating can also happen because of restricted vent, though not completely clogged. In old dryers the problem usually roots in damaged or lost door gasket or poor sealant around the drum.

• Burnt smell

  It is more applied to gas dryers than to electrical ones. If you often use your dryer and do not timely and properly clean the lint screen, be informed about huge quantity of lint inside it. All inner parts get covered with a thick lint coat, sometimes up to 2 inches. When it reaches a critical value, the contact of lint and hot heating element can cause inflammation and fire. In most cases in a moment the fire inside usually down and you can feel burnt smell. But sometimes it causes motor/wires insulation burning and the dryer gets broken. • The dryer is turning on but turning off in a several minutes

  There are three main problems. Operation thermostat is faulty. In this case you can turn on your dryer again but it will stop again in a several minutes. Another reason is a broken humidity sensor or electronic control board malfunction. Regardless the problem, the repair shall be performed and we will easy perform it.

• Nolight inside the dryer or light is always on

  A blown light bulb or the broken door switch can cause it. Sometimes it is difficult to replace the door switch by yourself and we are ready to quickly help.

• User Interface buttons do not respond

  Probably the problem is in lost communication between key pad and electronic control board. There may be both key pad and control board malfunctions. The replacement of one of them is needed.
